there are people who are trying to create a scenario of seared by putting letters in our mail slots. they said, do you want your home demolished. they also claimed the biggest threat which is rent-controlled. these people are misinformed and they are reacting to what they have been told and i feel that many of them don't have all of the information and it was a shame that parked merced has not been able to give their point of view. this is a stipulation on proceeding with the project. you would think that it was crime-ridden have. this is not true. this is the best land board we have had in the 16 years that we have been here. if you have spent any time with them, they are not evil people. there has been no increase in rent. they instituted a program for recycling and won the green award for the whole city. they tried to involve the community by having fun activities, monthly movies and more. we got to know a few people. these are people who want to create something better than has been. they have affected people that create a disturbance. thank you. >> good evening. i am a resident
